Send us a route. We will come back with a real number

Freight rates move with the market, the carrier's schedule, free time terms and the cargo itself. We do not publish an auto-calculated figure that will not hold. Tell us the move and we will quote what we can actually book.

We reply within 24 hours, Korean business days

FAQ

Before you write

The questions overseas partners usually ask first.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold a Certificate of International Forwarding Business issued by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and are a registered freight forwarding agent with Busan Customs. Cargo liability insurance is in place. Korean licensing requires paid-in capital of KRW 300 million and guarantee insurance of KRW 100 million or more, both of which we meet.

Can you act as our nominated agent in Korea?

Yes. Acting as import/export agent for overseas partners is part of our core business, including tripartite trade arrangements. We handle customs clearance in-house rather than passing it to a third party.

Why does a five-person company suit us better than a large forwarder?

You get a named contact who knows your file, not a ticket queue. Our leadership spent a decade inside liner carriers, so booking and rate negotiation happens directly rather than through layers. Where we need reach, eighty partners across Europe, Africa, the Americas and Asia cover it.

What cargo do you handle?

Furniture, auto parts, textiles, paper, food, machinery, steel products and home appliances, plus petrochemicals and dangerous goods. We also handle break bulk, out-of-gauge, flexi-tank and sea-bulk shipments that will not fit a standard container.

Do you handle dangerous goods?

Yes, in line with IMDG requirements. That covers inspection agency work, DG transport and loading, arranged case by case rather than to a fixed template.

How do you keep us informed during a shipment?

Loading, discharge, customs clearance and inland movement are reported as they happen. A person tells you, rather than leaving you to check a tracking portal for a status that has not updated.

What happens if something goes wrong?

We run a documented process: receipt, report and cooperation, action, resolution, final report, then the case goes into our database and feeds back into how we handle the next one. Local and overseas partners, carriers and truckers are brought in as needed, with a dedicated task force for larger incidents.
